Role Summary
This position is for an Incident Manager responsible for overseeing incident handling and IT service management operations in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for someone who can respond effectively to major incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and keep service restoration efforts moving smoothly.
Key Requirements
- Candidates must be available to join immediately; only immediate joiners are being considered.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in incident management or IT service management is required.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL practices and the incident lifecycle is essential.
- The role requires the ability to coordinate and control high-severity incidents while working under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms is expected.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are important.
- The candidate should demonstrate solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 setting and lead on-call rotations is necessary.
