Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah for an Indian Chef. The selected candidate will prepare both classic and modern Indian dishes, craft imaginative menus, and maintain consistently high standards in food preparation and plating.
Key Responsibilities
The chef will keep the kitchen clean and sanitary, procure fresh and genuine Indian ingredients, track stock and supplies, and work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations while meeting quality expectations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional specialties, conventional recipes, and contemporary cooking methods. Experience in preparing and presenting food, creating menus, and handling kitchen operations is important. A good grasp of food safety and hygiene practices, along with the ability to stay organized and manage inventory, is also needed.
