International Voice Process Associate - MNC

Role Overview

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity in Bangalore Adugodi, close to Koramangala, for an international voice process associate. The role focuses on supporting overseas customers through inbound calls, with exposure to customer experience and inbound sales in a rotational-shift setup.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the initial contact for international customers reaching out by phone.
• Manage customer questions, concerns, and escalation cases in a professional manner.
• Work toward resolving issues quickly while staying within SLA commitments.
• Spot opportunities to recommend suitable products or services and support cross-sell or upsell conversations.
• Handle upset or dissatisfied customers with patience, confidence, and empathy.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM or related systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help close open issues efficiently.
• Contribute to quality metrics, customer satisfaction goals, and sales conversion targets.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Prior experience of 0.7 months to 7 years in an international voice process is preferred; customer support or sales background is acceptable.
• Experience with inbound sales, upselling, or cross-selling is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfort in speaking with international customers is required.
• Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle objections and escalations calmly is required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts is necessary.
• Candidates must be ready to work from the Bangalore Adugodi office.
• Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline may apply.
• There is no restriction on graduation year.
• Age is as per company policy.
