About Binghatti

Binghatti is a rapidly expanding property group based in Dubai and recognized across the UAE for distinctive architecture, ambitious design, and high-profile collaborations with luxury brands such as Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co. With projects valued at more than AED 15 billion in some of Dubai’s most prominent locations, the company plays a major role in shaping the city’s skyline and pushing new benchmarks in real estate innovation.

Role Overview

The Materials & Inventory Manager will take ownership of planning, monitoring, controlling, and improving construction material inventory across project sites and warehouses. The position is focused on keeping materials available when needed, maintaining healthy stock levels, reducing surplus inventory, and strengthening procurement support through disciplined inventory practices and system governance.

This opportunity is best suited to someone with deep experience in real estate development or construction, particularly in managing large inventories, warehouse operations, and ERP-driven inventory processes. The role will also contribute to improving inventory transparency, introducing best practices, and streamlining workflows across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory across warehouses and project locations to maintain availability while keeping stock levels balanced.
  • Track stock transfers, consumption patterns, and inventory accuracy on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead warehouse and store activities, including inbound receiving, storage, material issue, and stock reconciliation.
  • Work closely with procurement and project teams to forecast requirements and support replenishment planning.
  • Carry out periodic stock checks, cycle counts, audits, and physical verification exercises.
  • Detect and manage slow-moving, surplus, and outdated inventory items.
  • Contribute to ERP rollouts, system upgrades, and automation efforts related to inventory control.
  • Create and maintain inventory procedures aligned with company rules and audit expectations.
  • Produce inventory summaries, analysis reports, and management dashboards to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in inventory, materials, or warehouse management within construction or real estate.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume inventories across more than one warehouse location.
  • Practical experience using ERP platforms and inventory tracking systems.
  • Strong capability in analysis, reporting, and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior involvement in system implementation or inventory process improvement is an added advantage.
