IT Support Engineer

Role Overview

Noorka Logistics is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to strengthen its technology team in Dubai. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day technical needs, keeping IT systems running smoothly, and helping maintain the infrastructure that powers logistics and wider business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Handle support requests related to hardware, software, networks, and system issues.
• Set up, install, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other workplace IT devices.
• Diagnose technical faults and resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Keep an eye on network health while supporting security, stability, and dependable system performance.
• Administer user accounts, passwords, email access, and permission controls.
• Carry out routine updates, backups, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Keep accurate records for IT documentation, support tickets, and asset tracking.
• Support the rollout of new software, hardware, and technology tools.
• Liaise with outside vendors and service providers whenever required.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, technical support, or systems administration.
• Good working knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting methods.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network administration tasks.
• Awareness of cybersecurity practices and data protection procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
