Janitorial Associate

Role Overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your work supports store presentation across areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving space.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position is $14 to $27. The rate will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the job location. In addition to base pay, performance-based bonuses may be available on an annual or quarterly basis.

Depending on the schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, premium pay may also apply. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium may be earned when the qualifying conditions are met.

This is a full-time position with opening and morning shifts available.
