Overview
An expanding local business is seeking a Carpenter/Landscaper to support its growth in Christchurch, Canterbury. This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work throughout the year and is looking to build a long-term future in the landscaping field.
What we are looking for
- Strong work ethic and a dependable attitude.
- Genuine interest in working outdoors in all seasons.
- NZ-qualified carpenter background.
- Interest in developing a long-term career in landscaping.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- No visa-related work restrictions.
- Full driver’s licence, including confidence driving a manual vehicle.
Additional experience preferred
- Prior landscaping experience.
- Machine operation experience.
Employment arrangement
The role begins on a casual basis, with the possibility of moving into a full-time position depending on performance and business needs.
