Role Summary
As a Lead Account Executive based in Singapore and focused on the Philippines territory, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, consistently surpassing targets, and securing new strategic and enterprise customers. The role requires strong SaaS sales expertise, the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders, and a consultative approach to building long-term client relationships across varied industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute territory plans to win enterprise deals, grow Freshworks’ presence in the Philippine market, and deliver above-target sales performance.
- Handle the complete sales journey, including prospecting, negotiations, and final closure, while maintaining a healthy and predictable pipeline.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, uncover business pain points, and position Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable return on investment and growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to improve the customer journey and support continuous improvement.
- Build and manage a data-driven pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, conduct meetings and presentations in person, and represent the company at customer sessions and industry events in Singapore.
- Contribute to expanding Freshworks’ local market presence by helping shape go-to-market initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and supporting long-term regional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise environments, with a strong record of beating revenue goals.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders, including business leaders and enterprise IT decision-makers.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline-building, and forecasting skills with disciplined execution.
- Experience selling software solutions such as ITSM, IT infrastructure, employee experience, CRM, or customer engagement platforms that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Proven success working collaboratively across functions in a matrixed organization with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for effective coordination with regional and global teams.
Territory
The position primarily covers the Philippines region from Singapore, with collaboration across Asia-Pacific teams on shared strategic accounts.
