Role overview
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland. The employer is unable to support relocation, so applicants should only consider this opportunity if they can work from the Dublin location without relocation assistance.
In this role, you will help shape how teams learn, adapt, and confidently embrace new ways of working. Acting as the link between strategy, change, and capability development, you will create and deliver learning experiences for associates across the content supply chain and the United States Marketing organization. The role is focused on making complex changes easier to understand, strengthening capability, and supporting successful adoption across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run learning initiatives that build capability across content supply chain and marketing functions.
- Develop customized plans for change, training, and communication to suit different groups of end users.
- Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure learning content is accurate and aligned to business needs.
- Evaluate how changes affect stakeholders and identify how the user experience may shift.
- Communicate clearly and promptly so associates are prepared for upcoming changes and can adopt them effectively.
- Set and monitor performance indicators to evaluate learning outcomes, adoption levels, and communication effectiveness.
- Use feedback and data insights to improve learning, change, and communication approaches.
- Support managers and leaders with coaching that reinforces change and drives long-term adoption.
Required experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development or change management.
- Demonstrated success in creating and delivering learning or change programs tied to technology or process transformation.
- Background in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theory and human-centered change management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to connect with varied audiences.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a closely related area.
- Change management certification and experience using learning analytics to measure adoption and effectiveness.
