Key responsibilities

• Carry out in-depth fundamental analysis on both new and current investments.
• Create and update detailed financial models and valuation tools.
• Develop clear long and short investment recommendations and communicate them effectively.
• Conduct channel checks, speak with market participants, and uncover differentiated perspectives.
• Track sector trends, competitive shifts, and company-specific news and events.
• Partner with the Portfolio Manager on portfolio construction, sizing decisions, and risk evaluation.
• Support the investment process end to end, from sourcing ideas to ongoing portfolio review.

Candidate profile

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience at a hedge fund, long-only asset manager, or top-tier sell-side equity research firm.
• Strong capability in financial modeling, accounting, and valuation analysis.
• Clear enthusiasm for investing in public markets.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• A high degree of intellectual curiosity, humility, and personal integrity.
