Maintenance Planner

Role overview

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support plant maintenance planning and coordination at the Rancho Cucamonga, CA location. This full-time position is open to all shifts and focuses on keeping preventive maintenance, work orders, outside service work, and maintenance records organized and effective.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly pay is set at $31.15 to $38.94.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and third-party service activity.
• Manage the plant CMMS system and review maintenance performance to help improve effectiveness.
• Track work orders from start to finish, keeping all related documentation accurate and complete.
• Work with outside vendors to process service requests, set up purchase orders, and close projects in a timely manner.
• Support production maintenance budget planning and monitor costs against financial targets.
• Prepare and present maintenance reports, spreadsheets, and visual summaries that show key metrics and trends.
• Help ensure production areas meet environmental rules and current GMP standards.
• Share preventive maintenance needs and updates with plant leadership to keep everyone aligned on maintenance issues.
• Take on other assigned tasks as needed.

Experience and education

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification is preferred.
