- Monitor overdue receivables and payables, with the aim of strengthening cash flow and working capital performance.
- Support a robust control framework through reconciliations, compliance activities, and audit preparation.
- Coordinate month-end AP/AR tasks, including accruals and cutoff reviews.
- Lead, coach, and develop the AP/AR team so they consistently perform well and continue improving.
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and systems, including making better use of the ERP platform.
- Serve as a primary contact for teams in operations, procurement, and other support areas.

To succeed in this role, you should bring 5–8+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including people leadership within transactional finance. A strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end procedures is essential.
You will need a sound grasp of financial controls, compliance obligations, and audit expectations, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume, multi-site setting. Strong ERP capability, ideally with SAP or a similar system, and advanced Excel skills are important. Clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work well across functions are also key.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is expected, and CA/CPA qualification or progress toward it would be an advantage.
