About the Team
You will join the Finance function, where the group acts as a strategic partner to the business. The team supports decision-making by handling the company’s financial side of operations in a dynamic, fast-moving, and target-driven environment.
Role Overview
In this position, you will work closely with the leadership group as a finance partner, translating numbers into practical business guidance and helping guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders as a finance advisor and share financial analysis and business recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver financial summaries and insight-led presentations for the C-suite and other senior stakeholders.
- Track business performance through annual budgets, rolling forecasts, latest estimates, strategic plans, financial KPIs, and leading indicators.
- Create management reports that include financial review and variance analysis.
- Develop planned and ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
- Spot financial trends and identify early business signals that affect performance.
Required Background
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Must be a Chartered Accountant and should have cleared the qualification in the first attempt.

Location: Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
