Job Purpose
The role is centered on building and running effective talent acquisition efforts that support the organization’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess manpower requirements and identify hiring needs across the business.

- Motivate employees to act as brand advocates in the market.
- Design and manage employee referral programs.
