Role Overview

This Riyadh-based, on-site position is for a Mechanical Engineer who will contribute to the design, improvement, and delivery of mechanical systems and machinery. The role involves producing detailed technical drawings through CAD tools, coordinating project workflows, supporting research and development efforts, and working closely with other teams to ensure projects are completed to required standards and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mechanical systems and machinery designs.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD and Revit tools.
• Support project coordination, planning, and workflow management.
• Carry out research and development to improve design efficiency and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to move projects forward smoothly.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Track timelines and help meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid SCE accreditation is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and system design.
• Hands-on experience in machine design and CAD/Revit-based drafting.
• Solid project management ability, including planning and organization.
• Practical exposure to R&D work and innovation-driven engineering solutions.
• Good understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• Background in construction or real estate development will be beneficial.
