Role Summary
The Media Manager, Americas will design and deliver integrated media plans that strengthen brand visibility, deepen consumer engagement, and advance business goals across the Americas. Reporting to the Brand Director, this position owns regional media strategy, agency coordination, campaign execution, performance evaluation, and budget control across paid, owned, and earned channels.
The role works closely with Global Brand, Communications, Digital, CRM, Retail, E-Commerce, Merchandising, and outside agencies to make sure media spend supports both brand elevation and commercial performance while staying true to the company’s luxury image.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement regional media strategies tied to brand priorities, seasonal moments, product introductions, and commercial targets.
- Adapt global media direction into plans that are relevant for the Americas market.
- Spot opportunities to build awareness, consideration, and engagement among luxury consumers.
- Support annual and seasonal planning, including how budgets are distributed and which channels are prioritized.
- Assess new and emerging media platforms for potential brand reach.
- Run integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor, experiential, and newer media formats.
- Coordinate campaign timing and align execution with Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, Communications, and Marketing teams.
- Work with creative and content partners so all assets meet brand standards and launch on time.
- Track campaign results during execution and make improvements where needed.
- Act as the main contact for media agencies and external media partners.
- Review media proposals and confirm investments match brand goals and expected outcomes.
- Handle negotiations, insertion orders, contracts, and agency relationships.
- Maintain strong relationships with publishers, luxury media platforms, and strategic partners.
- Define KPIs and measurement models that reflect business objectives.
- Evaluate media performance using awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion data.
- Prepare regular reporting and executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
- Use data and consumer insights to improve media effectiveness and efficiency over time.
- Collaborate with Communications, CRM, Retail, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Client Development, and Global Marketing teams for integrated delivery.
- Support store openings, client activations, product launches, events, and special initiatives with targeted media activity.
- Work with global teams to keep messaging and execution consistent across markets.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring spend is allocated effectively and returns are optimized.
- Monitor annual spend and identify efficiency opportunities without weakening brand goals.
- Assist with budget planning and reporting alongside Finance and Brand leadership.
- Work as a dependable team member and contribute to departmental and company objectives.
- Help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in media planning, media strategy, advertising, or integrated marketing is needed.
- Background with luxury, fashion, retail, beauty, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing agencies and executing campaigns across multiple channels is expected.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
- Strong command of digital, social, programmatic, search, display, video, print, and experiential media.
- Excellent analytical ability with confidence in interpreting data and turning it into recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Clear communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with commercial objectives.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfort using media reporting and analytics tools.
Work Arrangement
This role is based in New York, NY, with an on-site expectation of four days per week at the Moncler Corporate Office in SoHo. Travel may be required up to 10%, mainly within the United States, to support events, activations, and other business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this New York position is USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year. Final pay will depend on factors such as business needs, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, and certifications. In addition to base pay, the hired candidate is eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid parental leave; 11 paid holidays; up to 120 hours of paid vacation; 2 personal days; 2 community service days; employee discounts; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
