Role overview
A consulting agency client is seeking a Medical Editor to support a pharmaceutical account. This remote contract is expected to run for more than 6 months and may later convert to a full-time role. The schedule is 40 hours per week. Candidates must be residents of Ontario.
What you will handle
In this role, you will review and quality-check a range of editorial, marketing, promotional, and advertising deliverables for a U.S.-based pharmaceutical client.
- Edit and verify a wide mix of content, including FAQs, HCP and DTP materials, sales and detail aids, CRM assets, landing pages, and social media content.
- Confirm that all materials meet regulatory standards, including FDA and AMA requirements.
- Partner closely with editors, writers, and designers to move projects forward smoothly.
Experience and tools
- Direct FDA exposure is required.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault is needed.
- Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences work is preferred.
- Prior agency experience is an added advantage.
- Experience reviewing marketing, advertising, and promotional materials is important.

This position may involve access to client or customer systems as well as confidential or proprietary information.
The compensation range is C$50 to C$55 per hour on a T4 basis.
This is a newly created opening.
