Descrizione del lavoro
About the Role
Beyongen Acumen is seeking a practical, hands-on Microsoft Intune Deployment Specialist / Microsoft Endpoint Administrator to support enterprise device management in cloud-first environments. The role centers on Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint security, and modern device management, with responsibility for independently handling the full endpoint lifecycle for corporate devices.
Core Responsibilities
The selected professional will set up, administer, and refine Intune environments for enterprise use, including compliance rules, configuration profiles, security settings, application rollout, and conditional access integrations. The role also includes enrollment management for Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices, along with continuous monitoring of device health, security posture, and compliance.
For Windows Autopilot, the position involves creating and maintaining deployment profiles, Enrollment Status Pages, dynamic groups, and pre-provisioning or white-glove flows. The specialist will manage zero-touch provisioning, coordinate hardware hash imports and OEM onboarding, and troubleshoot enrollment or deployment issues.
The job further covers device build and provisioning activities such as creating standardized enterprise builds, preparing new laptops and desktops, rebuilding or reprovisioning existing systems, supporting refresh and migration work, and ensuring systems are ready with OS configuration, security baselines, application deployment, Intune enrollment, and endpoint security controls. The candidate will also help move environments from traditional imaging to cloud-native deployment methods, validate builds before release, and maintain process documentation.
In Microsoft Endpoint Management, the role includes supporting Microsoft Endpoint Manager, the Intune Admin Center, and Microsoft Entra ID. Responsibilities extend to Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD Join, RBAC, device identity management, endpoint analytics, and migration of group policy into Intune.
The specialist will also handle security and compliance tasks such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, firewall and antivirus settings, conditional access, MFA integration, device compliance standards, and Zero Trust-aligned controls. Application and patch management duties include deploying Win32 apps, Microsoft 365 Apps, line-of-business software, PowerShell packages, and Windows Update for Business update rings while tracking patch compliance.
Troubleshooting is a major part of the job and includes resolving enrollment failures, Autopilot issues, Azure AD Join problems, compliance conflicts, and application deployment failures using Event Viewer, Intune logs, PowerShell, endpoint analytics, and Windows tools. The position also requires scripting and automation work using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline deployment, reporting, and compliance operations, plus integration support for third-party enterprise tools where needed.
Required Technical Profile
The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Join/Hybrid Azure AD Join, Conditional Access, endpoint security management, Win32 application deployment, device compliance policies, Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell scripting, and Windows 10/11 administration. A solid understanding of modern device management, Zero Trust concepts, cloud enterprise environments, security and compliance frameworks, and endpoint troubleshooting methods is also expected.
Preferred Experience and Advantages
Additional exposure to SCCM/MECM, co-management setups, JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Graph API, ITIL processes, and support for global or enterprise clients will be considered an advantage.
Education and Certifications
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Helpful certifications include Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Security certifications.
Soft Skills
The role calls for strong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting, clear communication, solid documentation habits, independent ownership of deployments and projects, and the ability to work effectively in fast-moving enterprise settings.
What Success Looks Like
The person in this role should be able to independently manage complete Intune environment setup, implement Windows Autopilot, build enterprise device images and provisioning flows, handle endpoint deployment and rebuilds, configure security and compliance controls, automate repetitive tasks, and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal supervision.
Eligible Applicants
Applicants with a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, any graduate degree, or B.Sc. in any specialization may apply.
