This position is for a Business Development Executive focused on US IT staffing. The role is based in Visakhapatnam but operates entirely remotely, with working hours aligned to US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to build new business revenue by finding, engaging, and closing new accounts in the US IT staffing market. This includes reaching out to prospective clients, connecting with hiring managers, and developing enterprise relationships.

Own the sales pipeline end to end, from prospecting to closing deals and meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Identify and pursue mid-market corporate clients and hiring managers in the US who need IT, digital, and AI talent solutions.

Use cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, tailored email outreach, and networking to secure meetings with decision-makers such as VPs of IT, directors, HR leaders, and talent acquisition heads.

Deliver consultative virtual presentations that highlight the company’s capabilities in technical screening and fast talent delivery across areas such as cloud, data-to-AI, and process automation.

Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and commercial placement margins while protecting business profitability.

Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams in the US and India so client needs are prioritized and fulfilled quickly.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have 4 to 5 years of direct experience in new business development or sales within the US IT staffing industry. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to interact professionally with senior North American stakeholders over phone and video calls.

Must have a proven background in pure hunting and business development for US IT staffing.
