About the role
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about skincare and beauty and who believes in helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. As a No7 Advisor, you’ll represent an iconic beauty brand and support customers through personalised advice, product guidance, and expert service.

What you’ll do
In this position, you will support customers at every stage of their skincare and beauty journey, blending product knowledge, scientific understanding, and personal connection to create memorable experiences.
- Take part in a 12-month Skin School training programme and work toward a CIBTAC qualification recognised in the beauty industry.
- Provide tailored skincare and beauty consultations using tools and technology.
- Explain the science behind No7 products in a simple, customer-friendly way, including key ingredients and technologies.
- Give makeup guidance such as shade matching, product application, demonstrations, and routine recommendations.
- Help drive sales by actively promoting offers, launches, and new products, while working toward performance targets.
- Develop strong customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Work closely with the wider Boots team to support excellent service and commercial outcomes.
- Keep the counter looking polished, premium, and well stocked to reflect the No7 brand.
What we’re looking for
You should bring a genuine interest in skincare and makeup, along with the confidence to engage customers and support them with practical advice.
- A real passion for skincare and makeup, and a desire to help customers feel their best.
- Comfort with sales goals and contributing to strong team performance.
- Confidence when speaking with customers and demonstrating skincare or makeup products.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain information in a calm, simple, and reassuring way.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to keep learning about products, trends, and techniques.
- Enthusiasm for representing No7 and its heritage, while embracing its continued innovation.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a customer-facing role and hands-on experience applying skincare or beauty products would be an advantage.
Growth and development
This role comes with training and development designed to build expertise in skin biology, ingredients, and makeup application. It can also lead to future opportunities such as Counter Manager or Assistant Manager, as well as other beauty-related roles across Boots and the wider No7 Beauty Company.
Experienced, high-performing Advisors may also be considered for a 6-month development programme focused on building leadership confidence and skills. Completion of the programme does not guarantee a management role, but it is intended to support future progression.
