Role overview
This position sits within the Human Resources function at Britannia Industries Limited and is based in Jatani, Odisha. The role supports both internal teams and external vendors while contributing to the delivery of HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute HR initiatives that support the organization’s overall strategy.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
- Strengthen workforce capability by supporting current and future manpower needs through engagement, motivation, and retention efforts.
- Promote and sustain a healthy and constructive workplace culture.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate the rollout and tracking of learning programs.
- Manage contract-related HR activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HRMIS data and related reports.
- Oversee OHC management.
