Operating Principal

Role overview

Growth Cab is looking for an Operating Principal to help turn strategy into action, strengthen day-to-day execution, and build the operating backbone needed for growth. This position is suited to experienced operators who can bring structure to complexity and keep the business moving forward.

You’ll partner closely with company leadership and work across go-to-market, operations, delivery, and expansion workstreams.

What you will do

• Own and drive major initiatives spanning growth, operations, and service delivery.
• Refine internal systems, workflows, and the overall operating model.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical execution plans.
• Spot operational blockers, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
• Work across teams to keep priorities aligned and momentum strong.
• Develop reusable processes that help the business scale efficiently.
• Support expansion plans and commercial growth efforts.
