Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of sales administration and operational activities across the market.
• Coordinate logistics flows while ensuring all Maison and Group procedures are followed without compromise.
• Work with internal teams to streamline processes and strengthen operational efficiency over time.
• Handle SAP-related tasks and help improve how the system is used across workflows.
• Assist with client services, after-sales support, and boutique operations to maintain a high standard of delivery.
• Prepare reporting, support analysis, and help align activities across functions in the region.
