About the internship

This internship is focused on day-to-day operations support at One Root in Bangalore. The selected intern will help keep internal processes running smoothly by coordinating with teams and vendors, monitoring workflows, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory, logistics, and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support routine operational work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Liaise with internal teams as well as external vendors to keep coordination clear and efficient.
• Monitor workflow progress and help track operational performance.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to operations.
• Assist with inventory control and logistics-related activities.
• Prepare reports and updates for operational review.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, and stay for 6 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in operations work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional requirements

• Pursuing or already completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Good organizational ability and solid time management.
• Careful attention to detail along with problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-driven, quick to learn, and positive in approach.
• Previous internship exposure in operations or administration is a plus.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
