Job Summary
This opportunity is for a motivated warehouse operator to join the Sricity site of a global organization focused on delivering value for people and the planet. The role sits within a warehouse operations team and supports safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials in a chemical/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out safe and accurate handling and movement of chemicals and other materials.
- Help production continue without interruption by ensuring materials are moved and issued on time.
- Keep inventory records reliable and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Follow EHS, GMP, and warehouse safety requirements at all times.
- Support orderly, clean, and audit-ready warehouse operations.
Required Profile
- Valid forklift certification with 1 to 5 years of practical warehouse experience.
- Good understanding of chemical safety, labeling, and material segregation.
- Working knowledge of SOPs, EHS procedures, and PPE usage.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on safety and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in physically demanding conditions.
Preferred Strengths
- Experience dealing with hazardous or regulated materials.
- Habit of performing safety checks and preventing incidents proactively.
- Ability to maintain precise documentation and inventory tracking.
- Comfortable working closely with warehouse and production teams.
- Exposure to audits, 5S practices, and GMP-based operations.
