Order Processor III

Role Overview

Glidewell Dental is hiring an Order Processor III to support the movement, preparation, verification, and shipment of dental cases within the production workflow in Louisville, Kentucky.

Core Duties

• Unpack incoming cases arriving on the conveyor system.
• Handle inbound multi-case shipments that include articulators from distributors.
• Remove all packing materials from dental cases.
• Scan the tracking number and prescription information linked to each case.
• Use a touchscreen computer to choose the correct case type.
• Capture and upload a digital image of impressions or the dental case using the image capture system.
• Apply Opti-Cide spray to impressions or the dental case as needed.
• Attach auto-generated labels and tags to dental cases, prescription sheets, and all items in the case so they can be routed correctly through production.
• Receive completed cases from the conveyor and confirm that the prescription, work order, and invoice all match the dental case.
• Generate shipping labels for outgoing cases.
• Package completed dental work into shipping boxes.
• Place the shipping label on the top of the box.
• Pick and pack extra supplies requested by the doctor when required.
• Report any concerns with incoming or outgoing cases to a supervisor or manager and ask questions when needed to complete the work accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Work with the Shipper/Distributor to verify outgoing production.
• Handle other duties and special projects assigned by management.

Experience and Education

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience.

Compensation

Pay starts at $17.00 per hour.
