What the Role Involves

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities with accuracy and consistency.
• Work directly in Oracle Payroll as part of the payroll workflow.
• Maintain payroll records and support the preparation of related reports.

• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related matters.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools to support payroll tasks and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• You should bring at least 10 years of experience in payroll.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll is required.
• Background in a construction company is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance is expected.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with HR and Finance stakeholders is important.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite is needed.
