About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Trainer to design and deliver effective payroll training programs. This role involves analyzing training needs, creating educational materials, and supporting HR initiatives. You will be a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Design and independently conduct needs-based payroll training sessions.
• Analyze the training requirements of current employees.
• Independently create training materials, including scripts and learning videos.
• Collaborate closely with the HR department to support personnel development measures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for employees on payroll-related questions.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and social security law.
• Previous experience in adult education is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork.
• A high level of service orientation.
• Must possess a valid work permit for Germany.
• Fluent in German.
