Role Overview

This position is for a Civil Planning & Billing Engineer responsible for supporting construction projects through planning, scheduling, billing, cost tracking, site coordination, and contract-related documentation. The role requires close coordination with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep execution aligned with timelines and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and drive construction projects through the planning and execution phases.
• Handle billing activities, cost monitoring, client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity survey calculations, reconciliation work, and budget tracking.
• Visit project sites regularly to review progress, spot bottlenecks, and support resolution of on-site issues.
• Manage contract-related coordination, records, and supporting documentation.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery stays on schedule and within budget.
• Share timely project status updates and progress reports with relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering are eligible to apply.

Additional Information

The compensation range provided for this role is INR 7,50,000 to INR 12,00,000 per year.
