Role summary
This position supports the delivery of mission-critical and business-critical PMO activities by keeping project schedules on track, following up on deliverables, consolidating status information, and helping teams stay aligned with scope, budget, and quality expectations. It also helps promote consistent use of project management methods and tools, while encouraging smooth coordination across functions to support technology-related initiatives. All work must be performed in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day PMO support for mission-critical and business-critical initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and action tracking against agreed project plans.
- Collect project progress information and prepare draft reports and dashboards for leadership updates and decision support.
- Keep a close watch on active technology projects to ensure they remain within scope, schedule, and budget, and raise any variances to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Help standardize project execution by applying common methodologies, tools, and templates across technology programs.
- Work with internal groups such as Tech Design, Provisioning, and Service Activation to gather requirements, align resources, and remove operational roadblocks.
- Track implementation progress for infrastructure and application deployment tasks, making sure updates and records are completed on time.
- Maintain task ownership and responsibility matrices so accountability is clear across all involved parties.
- Review project quality checkpoints and confirm that activities meet internal standards, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Document project risks and support the development of mitigation actions together with project managers.
- Take part in project closeout reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture improvements for future work.
Experience and education
Applicants should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s degree. Preferred study areas include project management, engineering, or a similar discipline.
Additional information
The role must be carried out in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite position.
