The Opportunity
Coda is hiring a Pricing Analyst to support the next phase of its revenue management strategy for the global assortment under the Codashop brand. The role reports to the General Manager of Codashop and focuses on balancing growth and profitability through pricing and other revenue levers.
Revenue Management at Coda works to continuously improve pricing and related drivers across a very large scale environment: tens of thousands of products, 60+ countries, 400+ payment methods, and diverse customer segments. The role will partner closely with teams in Category Management, Marketing, Data Science, and the Pricing Manager based in Amsterdam.
What you'll do
- Adapt the pricing approach used for Recharge so it fits the Codashop business.
- Develop and expand consumer fee implementation across different products and markets.
- Evaluate both immediate and longer-term business effects of pricing changes.
- Share updates, findings, and results clearly with stakeholders across teams.
- Work with Product teams to improve and scale pricing management tools.
- Partner with Product and UX teams to strengthen how prices are displayed to customers.
- Enhance competitor scraping capabilities with the Pricing Operations team to improve market competitiveness.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a highly analytical commercial pricing role within digital or e-commerce businesses.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to spot patterns, extract insights, and turn them into practical business actions.
- Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Well-developed organisational ability, a sharp eye for detail, and sound analytical judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis to different audiences.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- A creative, innovative, and commercially minded approach to problem solving.
