About the Role
This role focuses on assessing cloud security posture and recommending fixes across the three major hyperscalers. You will work on Prisma Cloud operations, help reduce risk from misconfigurations, and support remediation efforts across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Prisma Cloud platform across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including the setup of new accounts and data sources.
- Review configuration issues, suggest corrective actions, and assist with resolving support tickets.
- Partner with cloud administrators and application teams to validate false positives, close findings, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Develop, refine, and version security policies and compliance standards to cut down unnecessary alerts and false alarms.
- Keep compliance dashboards updated and aligned to CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Create practical documentation, onboarding material, and training resources for Prisma Cloud users.
Required Skills and Tools
- Experience with Prisma Cloud or similar CSPM tools.
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud security configuration across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Ability to tune policies and analyze false positives effectively.
- Working knowledge of cloud security services across all three hyperscalers.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, CIS Benchmarks, and scripting tools such as Python or PowerShell.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in cloud security posture management or multi-cloud security configuration, with bands listed as: PA/GenC 0–2 years, A 2–4 years, SA 4–8 years, and SM/M 8–12 years.
- Hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud, or a comparable CSPM solution such as Wiz or Defender for Cloud.
- Preferred certification includes Palo Alto PCCSE or another cloud security certification.
Day-to-Day Work
- Review daily findings, rank them by risk and exposure, and prioritize follow-up actions.
- Lead policy-tuning sessions and false-positive review workshops with relevant stakeholders.
- Keep onboarding and training content for Prisma Cloud current and usable.
- Prepare tuned policy sets, disposition records, compliance reports, and onboarding documents as core outputs.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
Tools & Tech Stack
Prisma Cloud components including CSPM, CWPP, and CIEM; Azure, AWS, and GCP security consoles; Jira; ServiceNow; CIS Benchmarks; Python; PowerShell.
