Role Overview
The Product Analyst will turn business requirements into well-defined stories, priorities, and delivery inputs while contributing to Agile execution and day-to-day coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to collect, organize, and refine business and functional needs.
- Convert business goals into user stories, workflow outlines, acceptance criteria, and process documents.
- Help manage the backlog by sorting priorities, spotting dependencies, and keeping work ready for delivery.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business partners to clear up requirements and reduce delivery blockers.
- Monitor progress and share updates on status, risks, impediments, and next steps with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master support, product support, or project coordination.
- Hands-on exposure to Agile delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or blended models.
- Strong ability to create user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items across multiple teams.
- Comfort communicating requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile or collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar systems.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in the United States.
