About the Role

Pine is hiring a Product Manager who enjoys building from the ground up. This role is not about maintaining a mature product; instead, you will take ownership of important product initiatives from early discovery through launch and beyond. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Leadership to solve real customer problems.

The environment is collaborative and fast-moving, with an emphasis on curiosity, experimentation, and speed. You will have room to spot opportunities, test ideas, use emerging AI capabilities, and turn new concepts into products customers value. Pine is open to both experienced Product Managers seeking greater ownership and rising PMs ready for a bigger challenge.

What You'll Do

• Lead product initiatives through discovery, delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Work in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership to set priorities and move toward company objectives.
• Find practical ways to use AI, automation, and smarter workflows to improve the experience for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external integrations, APIs, data partners, and third-party tools to build smooth user journeys.
• Collect customer feedback, examine data, and turn insights into product actions.
• Create business cases, define product requirements, and establish success measures.
• Rank opportunities using customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility as decision factors.
• Track product results and keep improving through testing and iteration.
• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders so teams stay aligned and execute effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Product Management within fintech, lending, mortgages, banking, or another regulated financial environment.
• Knowledge of the mortgage process and ideas for how technology can improve the customer journey.
• Comfort working closely with engineers in a highly collaborative setting.
• Ability to operate well in ambiguity and build processes as you go.
• Hands-on experience shipping products, integrations, workflows, or customer-facing features.
• Strong curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using new technologies to solve meaningful problems.
• Capability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Analytical, data-informed decision-making skills, even when information is incomplete.
• A practical, execution-oriented mindset and willingness to get things done.
