Role Overview
As Product Manager, you will support the planning, direction, and delivery of product initiatives. You will work with product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders to help move products from concept through launch and ensure quarterly commitments are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full product lifecycle, from early idea development through launch, including requirements gathering, drafting product specifications, and coordinating with engineering and design teams.
- Help ensure the completion of committed quarterly initiatives.
- Carry out market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competing products, and use those insights to shape positioning.
- Review product and customer data to monitor performance, identify patterns, and recommend improvements using analytics tools.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and launches.
- Act as a product advocate both inside and outside the organization, sharing product knowledge and responding to questions.
- Take part in sprint planning meetings and backlog refinement sessions.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from customers and users on current features and future enhancements.
- Support backlog prioritization by weighing business impact, customer value, and technical effort, and manage shifting priorities as needs change.
- Create and maintain product documentation such as user stories, technical details, and roadmap materials.
- Lead release planning and help set expectations for new functionality delivery.
- Write user stories in a consistent, standardized format.
- Help execute product initiatives so they are completed on time and aligned with product strategy.
- Coordinate sprint-level and quarterly execution for key initiatives.
Candidate Profile
You should be motivated by work that supports purpose-driven organizations and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to analyze information, solve problems, and turn data into practical actions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Interest in technology, customer needs, and product usability.
- Experience using product management tools such as Aha or Monday.com is an advantage.
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
