Role overview
This full-time, definite-term position is based in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates, with AL Muqarram. The role supports day-to-day manufacturing execution by coordinating floor activity, ensuring material readiness, and helping the team meet production targets.
What you will do
- Support all production tasks in line with the daily manufacturing schedule.
- Use hands-on shop-floor knowledge to guide and oversee blue-collar workers.
- Assign workers each day according to the approved work allocation plan.
- Assist team members with health and safety matters and coordinate with the corporate office when needed.
- Confirm that raw materials and packing materials are available every day so operations continue without disruption.
- Back the production process to help deliver the required daily output.
- Take ownership of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production goals set by the Factory Manager.

The position is intended for someone who can keep daily production running smoothly by managing shop-floor staff, monitoring materials, and supporting the achievement of production targets.
