About the company
NuStef Baking Ltd. is a Canadian food manufacturer recognized across North America for specialty artisan-style cookies and crisps. The company makes the Italian-style waffle cookie brand Reko pizzelle, as well as artisan crisps under the Kii Naturals and The Crisp Bakery labels. It also manufactures private-label products for some of the largest retailers in North America.
Its products are baked fresh to order, with cookies typically placed in in-store bakery departments and crisps usually sold in deli areas or specialty cracker sections across regional and national retail stores. Headquartered in Toronto, NuStef operates two production facilities and has spent nearly 40 years refining a traditional recipe from Italy’s Abruzzo region.
Reko pizzelles are naturally flavoured and produced in a peanut-free facility, creating a crisp, delicate product with distinctive taste. Kii Naturals artisan crisps are made with fresh ingredients in small batches, double-baked for extra crunch, and contain no preservatives, GMOs, or trans fats. They are designed for charcuterie boards, snacking, and sharing.
