Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange all logistics for client-facing engagements, including workshops, meetings, and working sessions held both onsite and online.
  • Handle intricate scheduling across several stakeholders, different time zones, and varied client contexts.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and client contacts.
  • Work effectively within client organizations by understanding key people, decision paths, and how work gets done.
  • Support several engagements at once and move quickly between priorities and contexts.
  • Manage practical details such as room reservations, AV arrangements, catering, building access, and session materials.
  • Choose the most suitable engagement format, whether in person or virtual, based on the situation and goals.
