Role Description
This role involves supporting project teams by gathering, examining, and making sense of data to enhance project planning, execution, and overall performance. You will be responsible for creating and managing reports, dashboards, and visual representations that offer stakeholders clear insights into project status, schedules, resource allocation, financial aspects, and critical performance indicators. The position requires monitoring project metrics, identifying patterns, assessing potential risks, and suggesting avenues for enhancing operational efficiency and processes. You will also assist with future projections, performance tracking, data verification, and reporting tasks to ensure the integrity and uniformity of project information. A key aspect of this role is collaborating with various teams to facilitate informed decision-making and contribute to the successful completion of projects and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using spreadsheet software, reporting tools, and established data analysis techniques.
- Prior exposure to data visualization platforms, database fundamentals, statistical methods, and project performance measurement would be beneficial.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into practical, actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques, business reporting practices, process improvement frameworks, and project management principles is considered an advantage.
