Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Project Engineer to drive project delivery, customer interaction, site commissioning, and service support across global operations. This position is central to coordinating across teams, improving robotic applications, and making sure projects are implemented successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on both new assignments and ongoing service needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects end to end.
• Carry out site visits and oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Review robotic system performance, spot operational issues, and share feedback with R&D.
• Work with R&D teams in both local and overseas locations to support product enhancements.
• Handle service delivery, maintenance, and support for new applications.
• Look for opportunities to improve and optimize application areas.
• Track project-related costs and keep them aligned with approved budgets.
• Monitor project payments and follow up on key financial milestones.

Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Background in project management and application engineering.
• Strong communication skills for client handling and a solid problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
• Willingness to travel; a driving license is preferred.
