Requirements

  • Experience with online banking, mobile banking, or digital channel programs in financial institutions.
  • Exposure to loan origination systems, credit processes, or lending platforms in banking environments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable customer engagement solution, in financial services.
  • Exposure to customer onboarding, lending workflows, or credit lifecycle management initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation programs across digital banking, lending, or CRM ecosystems.
  • Practical understanding of both Agile Scrum and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • PMP certification is required; PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications are beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with planning and execution tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Experience with task management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps is beneficial.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across multiple geographies is an advantage.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of test management and QA practices.
