About the role
Spoto is looking for Property Acquisition Interns to help expand its zero-brokerage rental housing network in Bengaluru. This role is focused on finding rental properties, connecting with owners, validating listing information, and supporting the onboarding of new properties. The position is suited to energetic, self-driven people who want to contribute to building a growing house-hunting ecosystem from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Search for rental properties on platforms such as Facebook, OLX, and similar sources.
- Reach out to property owners and initiate conversations over phone or other communication channels.
- Confirm property details and ensure the information is accurate before listing.
- Help onboard verified properties into the platform.
- Work toward acquisition targets and maintain a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
