Python GenAI Developer

Role overview

We are seeking a seasoned Python developer with hands-on Generative AI experience to help build and ship scalable AI/ML products with agent-like behavior. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying production-grade GenAI applications using modern LLM tooling and cloud infrastructure.

What you will do

• Create and refine Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Develop and tune applications powered by large language models such as GPT, Claude, and Llama.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
• Work with vector stores including FAISS, Pinecone, and Chroma.
• Build backend services and APIs that connect AI models with application layers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Make sure applications are scalable, performant, and secure.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of strong Python development experience.
• Practical experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience creating AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Good understanding of Transformers, NLP, and deep learning fundamentals.
• Exposure to embedding models and vector database workflows.
• Experience creating REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is also acceptable, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
