Role Summary

The organization is looking for a meticulous and seasoned Quality Assurance Executive to strengthen healthcare quality across its operations. This position calls for practical experience with JAWDA KPIs, Department of Health (DOH) ranking audits, ADHICS standards, and Abu Dhabi regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will monitor quality indicators, support continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure the organization remains aligned with all required regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with DOH requirements and healthcare quality frameworks.
  • Measure, review, and report performance against JAWDA KPI standards.
  • Assist in preparing for DOH ranking audits and inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and ADHICS standards.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and mock assessments to verify external audit readiness.
  • Support audit and accreditation preparation for DOH, JAWDA, and related regulatory reviews.
  • Organize and maintain documentation and proof needed for audit submissions.
  • Spot compliance gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to close audit observations within deadlines.
  • Gather, verify, and interpret clinical and operational data for quality reporting.
  • Create dashboards and reports for JAWDA results and DOH ranking indicators.
  • Analyze trends, identify potential risks, and suggest improvement actions.
  • Design and implement quality initiatives that align with DOH expectations.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and performance shortfalls.
  • Help teams improve patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Deliver training on quality standards, JAWDA metrics, and ADHICS compliance.
  • Encourage a strong culture of ongoing quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Guide employees on audit preparedness and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • A master’s degree or healthcare quality certification is considered an added advantage.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of healthcare quality experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Practical experience with JAWDA KPIs and reporting.
  • Exposure to DOH ranking audits and inspections.
  • Knowledge of ADHICS compliance standards.
  • Understanding of healthcare accreditation procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare quality systems.
  • Good analytical ability and skill in interpreting data.
