About the role
We’re seeking an experienced React Engineer to contribute to AI training work focused on improving modern coding systems. You’ll join a large community of technical professionals working across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related disciplines to create practical impact in AI development.
This opportunity combines flexibility with technically demanding work. You’ll collaborate with advanced AI models on programming tasks such as designing and solving coding challenges, creating polished applications with strong functionality, and turning data analysis and visualizations into useful insights. The work helps improve intelligent systems that continue to learn and adapt over time. Some contributors take on projects alongside another full-time role, while others use it as their main professional focus.
How the process works
To begin, you’ll create an account and complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you’ll receive confirmation by email and can access paid assignments through the platform.
What the work involves
- Develop and solve a wide range of coding tasks used to train AI models, with particular attention to Android-related development.
- Produce well-structured code examples along with thorough explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, speed, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve future generations of AI systems.
Contracting advantages

- Work independently from your own computer and home environment.
- Compensation is hourly, starting at $50–$100+ per hour, with some projects paying more.
Qualifications
Applicants should have strong English fluency, ideally at native or bilingual level, along with excellent written communication and grammar. A completed or currently ongoing bachelor’s degree is required. Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred. Kotlin experience is especially useful, and you should also be proficient in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.

This is an independent contractor arrangement. Payments are processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. No payment or fee will ever be requested from you. The role is available only to candidates located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand; applicants outside these countries will not see assignments or assessments at this time.
