Role overview

The Recruitment Partner will work within Hays Enterprise Solutions in Dublin, spending two days each week on client site and one day in the Hays office. This role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, partnering with the on-site recruitment team to keep hiring activity smooth and efficient, and developing external commercial relationships that strengthen recruitment delivery. The position also includes leading modern recruitment approaches, working alongside senior leaders, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring goals and recruitment priorities.
  • Work closely with the on-site recruitment team to support a seamless end-to-end hiring process.
  • Develop external commercial partnerships that improve recruitment capability and delivery.
  • Design and apply forward-thinking recruitment strategies with the wider team to attract strong talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership on full-cycle recruitment activity.
  • Use business partnering and curiosity to expand recruitment demand and encourage managers to make effective use of the service.
  • Share market intelligence to improve hiring manager understanding and engagement.
  • Handle escalations, solve problems, and deliver high-touch service to keep managers satisfied.
  • Work independently on a day-to-day basis while maintaining strong delivery standards.

Required experience and skills

  • Background in fast-moving environments with the ability to stay effective under pressure.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, communication, and organisation.
  • Recruitment management experience, ideally gained in MSP, RPO, agency, or end-client settings.
  • Ability to grow recruitment requirements through consultative business partnering and curiosity.
  • Growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience sharing market insights with hiring managers to build confidence and involvement.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve issues while delivering strong customer service.
  • Comfort working autonomously on a daily basis.
