Benedictine is hiring a Registered Nurse to join a caring, resident-focused team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This role is centered on integrated nursing practice and involves delivering high-quality care that supports residents and their loved ones with compassion and professionalism.

What you will do

• Carry out nursing assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations as part of integrated resident care.
• Create and carry out individualized care plans based on each resident’s assessment and diagnosis.
• Administer medications accurately and demonstrate strong knowledge of medication use and safety.
• Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain professional nursing standards while helping ensure each resident receives appropriate and responsive care.

Required qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state, in good standing.
• Strong organizational ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this position is $42 to $44.15 per hour. Eligible associates may receive a strong benefits package that can include paid time off, retirement savings, medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, education assistance, and several optional benefits.
