Overview
This role is for a Corporate Recruiter supporting a growing Talent Acquisition team. The position is fully remote, but it requires working on Eastern Time. The recruiter will focus on construction-related hiring and should be comfortable handling a substantial requisition load while partnering closely with hiring managers.
What You Will Do
- Own recruiting efforts for a portfolio of roughly 30 to 50 open requisitions at once.
- Recruit for construction-focused roles and related labor-intensive industries such as telecom construction, utility construction, engineering, lineman, and field engineering.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to identify, source, and engage qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Prioritize workload effectively in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience is required.
- Recent experience supporting construction customers or similar labor-heavy industries is expected.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Demonstrated success managing a large requisition load is important.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed, along with a polished, client-facing approach.
- Applicants should be comfortable building rapport with hiring managers and working in a highly collaborative setting.
Preferred Background
- Agency recruiting experience before moving into a corporate setting is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools in recruiting and general technical comfort are nice to have.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28 to $36 per hour, with final compensation depending on skills, experience, and education.
Benefits begin on the first day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401(k) plan with employer match. Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off will also be provided as required by applicable law.
