This role is suited to someone who enjoys managing projects independently and contributing to the school’s development and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee different school projects so they stay aligned with educational objectives and scheduled deadlines.
• Keep in regular contact with teachers and administrative staff to share progress updates and collect input.
• Use project management software and tools to track milestones, spot risks early, and put practical solutions in place.
• Run online meetings and workshops that help involve stakeholders and improve teamwork.
• Compile and deliver project reports that summarize results, achievements, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Background in project management, ideally with prior exposure to the education field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with the leadership skills needed to guide remote teams.
• Good planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Comfort using project management applications and related software.
• Ability to work on your own and make sound decisions with limited oversight.
