About the Opportunity
Atlantis Dubai, part of Kerzner International, includes two landmark luxury resorts: Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. The business is known for high-end service, innovation, and memorable guest experiences.
With more than 6,000 colleagues representing 129 nationalities, the operation runs as one integrated team across the resorts and supporting functions. The common goal is to create exceptional experiences for both guests and colleagues.
Role Overview
The Retail Clerk contributes to excellent guest service across the resort’s branded retail outlets. This position involves working on a rotating schedule in both indoor and outdoor environments while helping drive sales, present the store to a high standard, and reduce stock loss by following company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires clear communication, a cooperative attitude, and integrity. The Retail Clerk will support teammates, follow guidance from Team Leaders, and stay focused on customer needs throughout the day.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be guest-oriented, flexible, and proactive about building their skills. The ability to understand different customer preferences and respond appropriately is important for success in this role.
Requirements
English fluency is required, along with a high school education. Prior sales experience of one year is preferred.
